Terms and conditions

A deposit of 30% is required upon reservation. The balance will be taken 14 days before your arrival.

Free cancellation, up to 15 days before your arrival.  Within 14 days before the scheduled arrival date then your reservation will not be refunded.

Any stay started is fully due.

The rooms, suite and cottage are non-smoking. Pets are not accepted.

Any modification of reservation must be the subject of a request by email or telephone. The request will only become effective when the establishment has confirmed its acceptance.

Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. We encourage you to let us know your arrival time a few days before the start of your stay.

Departures are between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition.
For a stay at the cottage Les Mariniers

A security deposit of 300 euros will be paid upon taking out the rental. The deposit will be returned before the tenant's departure or a maximum of 15 days later depending on the inventory check. If damage has been noted, the owner reserves the right to withhold an amount from the security deposit in relation to the damage.

In the event of non-payment of this security deposit, you risk being refused access to the property and this will be considered as cancellation.

It is expressly agreed that the gîte is rented for the number of people provided for in the contract.

The tenant undertakes:

 - Do not bring additional people without the authorization of the lessor

 - Do not sublet the accommodation

 - Do not bring animals

 - To use the place peacefully

 - To provide a certificate of civil liability

 - To ensure normal maintenance and return the gîte in a perfect state of cleanliness

 - Do not smoke inside the gîte

 - The tenant undertakes to check the inventory on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the owner will check with the tenant the condition of the premises (walls, household appliances, etc.)
- Any damage must be declared to the owner within 24 hours of its occurrence. The tenant undertakes not to repair or replace the object of the damage without the authorization of the owner. He undertakes to reimburse the total value of the replacement of all movable objects, materials broken, cracked, chipped or damaged by abnormal wear corresponding to his occupation. It is expressly agreed that damage to bedding, paint, floors, ceilings, glass, etc. is compensable. If the total cost of the damage observed exceeds the amount of the deposit, the tenant undertakes to pay the difference.

- The rental reservation is subject to the condition that all persons participating in your stay must be duly covered by civil liability insurance.

- By your signature on the reservation form, you certify that you are covered by such insurance. Remember to bring your certificate, it is obligatory and may be requested during your stay.

For the cottage rental, It is agreed:

 - that in the event of force majeure (unexpected hospitalization; death in the immediate family), the lessor ensures to fully reimburse the deposit paid by the tenant upon proof (hospitalization or death certificate)

 - that in the event of withdrawal, the deposit cannot be refunded and the balance must be paid by the tenant to the lessor, unless the lessor succeeds in renting the gîte for the same period
